Welcome to Flytaro. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Overview

Flytaro offers international SIM cards and mobile data plans for travelers. These services are provided by [Flytaro Limited], referred to as “Flytaro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”. Our website is: www.flytaro.com

2. Eligibility

By using our site or purchasing from us, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or have legal parental consent.
You are using a compatible and unlocked device.
You will use our products in accordance with local laws and carrier policies.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in your selected currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Payments must be completed through our supported payment gateways.
You are responsible for any duties, customs fees, or international shipping charges related to your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally with estimated delivery times between 1–12 business days, depending on destination and shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control.
You must notify us of missing or damaged orders within 7 days of delivery.

5. Data Plan Usage

Data plans must be connected to a network within 90 days of being added to your SIM (by redeeming or topping up). Each plan’s validity period is shown at purchase and starts on first network connection. Plans cannot be paused or transferred.
SIM cards are reusable. A SIM must receive its first data plan within 180 days of purchase — by redeeming an included plan or topping up — and stays active as long as it’s used at least once every 12 months. Cards exceeding these limits are considered expired.
You are responsible for checking coverage in your travel destination before purchasing.

6. Account and Security

You may create a Flytaro account to manage your SIM card, view top-up history, and track orders.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information at all times.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our full Refund and Returns Policy for details. Key points:

Data plans with 500 MB or less used are fully refundable within 30 days (of delivery for orders with a card, or of purchase for top-ups).
Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
Plans with more than 500 MB used, and expired products, are not eligible for refund.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use our SIM cards or services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
Resell our SIM cards or data plans without authorization.
Attempt to interfere with the operation of our website or services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Flytaro website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks, is the property of Flytaro or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission.
